Apple is set to launch a car with a self-driving system in 2024

The Reuters website has reported that Apple is preparing to launch its own car with a self-driving system, which is expected to be launched around 2024.

Project Titan, or Apple’s project to build an automated car, was first reported around 2015, and in 2018 Doug Field, Tesla’s chief automotive engineer, was hired by Apple.

However, you may recall that we previously informed you that after he took over the project, a large number of employees who worked here were fired.

However, the Reuters website reports that the progress of the project has increased since then and that the car will be designed to be used to create robo-taxi services.

It is also reported that Apple will use the revolutionary latest battery technology for this car, which will enable these cars to drive longer distances at a lower cost.

Google’s parent company, Alphabet, has a similar Waymo project, which is actively testing autonomous driving technology.

It is expected that the car will be launched around the year 2024, which will enable driverless taxi services to expand worldwide.
